Current Scottish Government Information - Last updated 3rd June 2021
We have been delighted to welcome back customers since 28th April and have loved hearing about all the adventures people have been on in our Campers. There are a few more changes to restrictions across Scotland from Saturday 5th June so here are the details.
Glasgow will move to level two, thirteen council areas including us in East Dunbartonshire will remain in level two, a group of fifteen councils will move down to level one and the islands that are in level one will move down to level zero.
What does this mean for Campervan travel? You can travel anywhere in Scotland, but not into a level three or four area, which thankfully there are none of at the moment.
Level two (from 5th June) Glasgow, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Dundee, East Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, North, South and East Ayrshire, North and South Lanarkshire, Clackmannanshire and Stirling.
Level one (from 5th June) Highland, Argyll and Bute, Aberdeen City, Moray, Angus, Perth and Kinross, Falkirk, Fife, East Lothian, West Lothian, West Dunbartonshire, Dumfries and Galloway and Scottish Borders.
Level Zero (from 5th June) Islands that are in level one will move down to zero.
Read more guidance on what you can do in each level here.
As always we welcome your queries, please just get in touch if you would like some more information. We are working really hard to contact individuals that have their holiday dates coming up very soon.
Our diary is open for this year and we are looking forward to welcoming our new and returning guests on their Campervan adventures. We are keeping an eye on the media and will update this page and our customers as quickly as possible. We have a very flexible booking policy should Covid affect your trip. You are welcome to move your holiday to later in 2021 or 2022 with no charge. We ask you to get in touch to move dates within 14 days of your holiday commencing (where possible). You are free to move your dates or request a full refund.
This year we urge you more than ever to book campsites well in advance of travelling, remembering to ask for an EHU (electric hook up) with your pitch.
Please help Scotland keep the spread of coronavirus under control by downloading and using the free Protect Scotland app from NHS Scotland's Test and Protect service. We are testing ourselves for Covid twice a week and recommend our customer do so too. Here is the link to order some tests.
